Appointments and meetings
Book the meeting, send it, and let the client confirm — no account required on their side.
How appointments and meetings works in Souffle
The booking
Appointments carry a title and description, date, time and duration, a meeting type, and a selected location from your list. Client name, email address and contact number are held on the booking itself.
Client confirmation without a login
Each appointment can be retrieved by a secure token, so a client can accept or decline it through a link rather than signing in. Appointment status is tracked through to completion, and appointments can be filtered and retrieved across the practice.
Meeting in person or over video
Meetings can run at one of your configured locations or over an in-platform video call. A video library sits alongside it for material you want to share with clients.
Prepared before you start
Collect pre-meeting information, review the available financial details and prepare any projections needed for the conversation.
