Lead management
Track every enquiry from first contact to proposal, and collect the fact find before you sit down. Keep the information collected with the enquiry available for the next stage of the relationship.
How lead management works in Souffle
The pipeline
Leads move through three statuses: untouched contact, contact made, and proposal presented. Each lead records its source — partner referral, client referral, FPA website, company website or advertising — along with an estimated value, so the pipeline can be read by both stage and worth.
The fact find, before the meeting
Pre-meeting configuration decides which sections a lead completes and whether each is visible and required: personal details, assets, income, liabilities, expenses, protection policies, and goals and objectives. The lead record shows a completion percentage, so you know what has arrived before the meeting starts.
A branded onboarding form
The onboarding form carries your primary, secondary and font colours, your logo and website, a welcome title and message, a thank-you title and message, and a what-happens-next message. Supporting files can be attached for the lead to read.
Lead-level financials
A lead dashboard holds assets, income, liabilities, expenses, goals and objectives, protection and questionnaires — the same shape as a client, so converting a lead does not mean starting the fact find again.
Bulk entry
Create leads one at a time, or import them in bulk from CSV.
