For the account owner

For practice owners

The business side of an advice practice — capacity, cost, revenue and brand — sits in the same platform as the advice itself, rather than in a separate spreadsheet.

What practice owners get from Souffle

The team

Team members carry a privilege that separates account owner, financial adviser, paraplanner, research manager, admin assistant and administrator. Each holds a current hourly rate and a default cost rate, an account code, an email signature and a profile, and can be archived when they leave.

Where the time goes

A time report covers both tasks and workflows. Because tasks record time logged and team members carry hourly and cost rates, effort can be read against the period rather than reconstructed at the end of it.

What has been paid

Payment history is available at practice and client level, alongside payments in the platform. Subscriptions and promo codes are managed through the administration portal.

What you are owed

Each client's advice relationship records the adviser service fee as either a flat amount with a frequency or a percentage of assets, along with whether trail commission is received. Insurance policies separately record remuneration as upfront commission, ongoing or level commission, or fee for service.

Whose brand the client sees

The organisation profile holds your company name, AFSL name and licence name, address, contact number and email, website and social links, and your logo. The client-facing app carries the same details plus its own theme, and the lead onboarding form carries your primary, secondary and font colours with your own welcome, thank-you and next-steps messaging.

Where the value sits

Client records carry total asset value under adviser, and adviser strength scoring tracks which advice areas have been covered for each client — cashflow, superannuation, investment, protection, retirement planning, debt strategies and estate planning — and whether a referral has come from them.
