For the your clients

For your clients

Clients get their own sign-in, carrying your company name, logo, colours and AFSL details — not a generic vendor screen with your logo in the corner.

What your clients get from Souffle

Their own sign-in

Clients authenticate through a separate client login, with their own email verification and password reset. An adviser invites a client to the portal directly from the client record.

Their financial position

The portal shows assets, income, expenses, liabilities, goals and objectives, and protection, with graphs and cards rather than raw tables. Clients can add their own entries against each of those areas, so the fact find keeps up to date between reviews instead of going stale.

Documents and questionnaires

Documents and files are available in the portal, and questionnaires issued by the adviser are completed there — with the client's own comments recorded alongside the adviser's.

Staying in touch

A contact-your-adviser view sits in the portal, and appointments can be accepted or declined through a secure link that needs no sign-in at all. Payments and payment history are available to the client, along with their own profile and settings.

Your brand, not ours

The client app record holds your company name, AFSL name and licence name, website and logo, plus its own theme. The lead onboarding form that runs before a client ever signs in carries your primary, secondary and font colours and your own welcome, thank-you and what-happens-next messaging.
