Entities and structures
Advise on more than individuals. SMSFs, trusts, companies and partnerships each get their own record and their own financial position, held in dedicated services alongside individual clients.
How entities and structures works in Souffle
Self managed super funds
SMSFs are a first-class entity with their own dashboard and a corporate trustee dashboard. Contributions, investments, assets, liabilities, income and expenses each have a dedicated dashboard and creation flow, on top of the fund's own financial position.
Trusts, companies and partnerships
Trusts carry a trust dashboard and a corporate trustee dashboard. Companies hold director records and a company dashboard, with company search available when creating one. Partnerships have their own record and dashboard. Each of the four structures maintains its own financial position, separate from the individual client's.
Linked back to the client
Entities appear against the client record as linked entities, so an adviser can see the individual and the structures they are connected to in one place.
Bulk entry
Every entity type can be created individually or imported in bulk from CSV — companies, trusts, partnerships and SMSFs alike.
