Documents and templates
Build the documents your practice sends once, then reuse them — rather than rewriting the same content for every client.
How documents and templates works in Souffle
The digital document builder
Documents are assembled from reusable content blocks organised into categories, with a drag-and-drop board for arranging them and template tags for pulling in content. Templates can be previewed before use, and Word and PDF document templates sit alongside the digital builder.
Questionnaires
Questionnaire templates carry tags and can be managed centrally, then issued against a client or a lead. Each questionnaire holds a title, its questions, a status, and separate adviser comments and client comments — so the conversation about an answer lives with the answer.
Email templates are stored for reuse, with a mailbox for correspondence, bulk email for reaching client groups, and an in-platform messages view. Team members each carry their own email signature.
Files and signatures
A file manager and a client file store hold documents against the practice and the client, with a rich text editor for composing content and digital signature capture for signing.
