For the financial adviser

For financial advisers

Everything an adviser needs between the first enquiry and the annual review sits in one portal — the client record, the financial position, the modelling, and the dates the relationship depends on.

What financial advisers get from Souffle

The client in front of you

A client list and a dashboard per client, holding personal and partner details, family members, addresses, employment and occupation status, and preferred contact method. File notes, comments and client documents attach to the record, along with identification, linked entities and payment history.

The numbers behind them

Assets, income, expenses, liabilities, goals and objectives, and protection policies each have their own dashboard and printable report, with a consolidated financial dashboard pulling the position together. Totals include asset value under adviser, gross and net income, and total liabilities.

The obligations that follow

The advice relationship on each client records the initial advice date and type, review frequency, next review and previous reviews, the last SoA or RoA provided, services promised versus delivered, adviser service fees as a flat amount or a percentage of assets, and legacy fee disclosure statement and opt-in date fields.

Getting to the meeting

Leads carry a status, a source and an estimated value, and pre-meeting configuration decides which fact find sections they complete before you sit down. Appointments record meeting type, location and duration, and the client can accept or decline through a secure link without an account. Meetings run in person or over an in-platform video call.

Showing the strategy

Basic investment and superannuation modelling generate projections from your practice's own assumptions — AWOTE, CPI, contribution percentage, retirement age and interest rate. Investor profiles set the investment strategy, growth and defensive allocation, and the franking, income and growth rates behind the numbers.

The working out

Fifteen calculators cover stamp duty and land tax across all eight states and territories, income tax, debt recycling, SMSF property purchase, mortgages and lending, and investment maths. ASX company data and real-time indices, cryptocurrency and exchange rates sit alongside them.
